For six months I earned the amazing oppurtunity to work closely and help with projects at Jonathan Cohen Studios. I helped with everything to running errands to heping design garments. Some examples of my work can be seen below.

One of the projects I worked on was a stone covered dress. I covered each stone in past fabric remnants and then secured them by hand onto the gown. One of the great things about this project was the sustainability aspect of upcycling fabrics by utilizing scraps.

Another embroidery project I worked on was beading a pink gown. I layed out the gems and tacked them onto the gown to create a sparkly surface.
