Pepper Paisley

I created this print for The Fashion Scholarship Fund. I was inspired by ETRO paisley but, wanted to make them feel more trendy. I took insparation from the ocean and peppers. I decided to take directly from my mood board and make a more cartoonish print.

I then played around with the placement and colors.

And finally I put the pattern in repeat.

I then arranged them so there was no gaps to mimic the flow of nature.

Paradise Paisley

This is another print I created  for The Fashion Scholarship Fund . I was also inspired by ETRO paisley's, but I wanted to take a more organic approach to the print. So I let myself scribble inside basic paisley shapes till I began to make prints I liked

I put the print in repeat and then made two color variations

I then played around with putting the print in repeat and adding drop shadows. And Voila, I created my print. Close up below for reference.

I was inspired to make this after watching Finding Dori. I first sketched out the fish and then I found a brush that looked like bubbles and had some fun with it.

Beatle Parade

I then played around with putting the print in repeat and adding little beatles to fill the gaps. And thus I created beatle parade, I added a close up below for detail.

I am not a bug lover, unless it comes to colors! I love playing with sketching the little creatures because even though they are so small they have so much depth and detail. I played with sketching some beatles for this print.
